Having to open up another Service Request, spend more time on the phone with another Microsoft representative who will likely ask the same questions that I have already answered does not sit well with me.

Why would this have been closed? There has been no change to the status of my account. No resolution.

I have been a subscriber to Xbox Live for over a decade. To my knowledge, I have never had issues with paying for your service. No late payments, no suspension of service.

I would appreciate a little more alacrity and accuracy on this matter please. The gentleman (Welrose) that I spoke with on the phone, probably meaning well, didn’t seem to have a grasp on what was going on with my account. My account had been suspended for
weeks, possibly months before it was noticed. I have now been waiting for a resolution for a couple weeks after that... ...a resolution to the problem of not being able to process my payment mind you. I’m trying to do business with you! Trying to put my money
in your hands! This is basic stuff folks. I work in a service industry also. I work for a company that doesn’t have all of your fancy CRM systems and automation. THIS doesn’t happen there. Why? Why would the company I work for never allow a customer to be
dragged along for so long over such a basic problem as not being able to process payment or re-institute a paid subscription? BECAUSE WE WOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS! People would think we were a joke.



The same card has been used on my account for roughly ¾ of a year. It is current.

Please fix my account.

Getting Disconnected off of Xbox Live randomly every 10-20 minutes

Hey Mister Beep,

I do not have any modem or router on my Technicolor. I disable the firewall and I am still getting disconnected. I think my software is up to date. It is eMTA & DOCSIS Software Version: 01.E6.01.22.12. Also the steps I did was :

Cleared System Cache several times (per Xbox Live support advice).

Deleted and re-downloaded profile (per Xbox Live support advice); this took about 10 or so re-attempts to successfully download, for some reason.

Removed most recent Xbox 360 system update, and re-downloaded (per Xbox Live support advice).

Turned off Xbox 360 power, physically removed hard disk, reinserted it, and finally re-applied power (per Xbox Live support advice); this resulted in the system requiring a re-download of the Xbox 360 system update.

Provisioned router with set of UDP and TCP port numbers to setup port forwarding to Xbox 360 (per Xbox Live support advice).

Provisioned router to establish a static IP address for the Xbox 360 (per Xbox Live support advice).

 

Alan Wake code not recieved when pre-ordering Quantum Break

Xbox support gave me this code [Mod Removed]. He said to include my email so here it is, [Mod Removed]

Nothing anyone here can do i'm afraid.If your account has been suspended for non payment then you need to contact support again as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

They are the only ones with access to your billing & account info & can accept payment for what's owed.

Posting reference numbers is not allowed on the forums.They are use with phone/chat support only.
