    I've reset my xbox today and made a brand new account but once i tried to load a game i bought digitally it gave me the "do you own this game or app " error. So i contacted Microsoft support and they told me i had to re-download the games under the account
    i originally bought them with but the problem is the account i bought the games with is perm-banned. Is there anyway i can get my ban lifted on my account so i can get my games i purchased digitally back at least? i tried everything from setting my new account
    as home Xbox and everything in the book. Is there any possible way microsoft enforcement can side with me and help me get my games back. Has nothing to do with the account besides getting my games back. I also tried reinstalling gta v to see if that worked
    but i lost it completely and it says i have to repurchase but the game is still licensed under my original account which i have no access to. Help please microsoft RE: I've lost access to my games :(

    Unfortunately that is no possible. Once an account is banned permanently, it's banned permanently.

    The enforcement articles also clearly state that you get to keep your games for as long as they are installed on your device, and that you will never be allowed to connect to Xbox Live again to re-download them.

    Your only option would be to re-buy the game, then download it.
