    Hello this is the second time I've posted on the forums and I appreciate you for reading this.

    The last time I submitted a case review was may 2016, and the first person I spoke with recommended that I post on the forum and after I did I never heard from them again. Then today I contacted Xbox support again and she was familiar with my predicament
    and she recommended that I post on the forum and that a team will communicate with me after I post this. My account was banned, rightfully so, but when they sent that warning message I was no longer playing Xbox and it would be five years later when I decided
    I wanted to go back to Xbox that I would get that message but I was already permanently banned. I've been trying to get access to my profile for three years and all they have ever told me was why I was banned. Hopefully they will read this and contact me soon.

    ok so last year I spoke with a Natasha G about my account and she told me what I should do and they upheld there decision about my account being banned.

    But that was before she told me to file a case review and i'm unable to file any more

    The issue i'm having is when that warning came up " You have 30 days to fix the issue" I never read it because I had stopped playing xbox entirely for 5 years.

    Oh as per checking here, I can see that your permanent account suspension was made just last May 2, 2016 and it has not yet passed a year when that incident happen. Also, there is only one chance that you can file a case review this is why you are not allowed
    to create again. I am really sorry about this. But nothing to worry, you can make a post in this link Results in Xbox - Microsoft Community and inform them about your account
    as there will be a specific team who will communicate with you by the time you make a post there.

    I have done that, but I never got word about it since then.

    I even created another account to be able to post. Yes it was all at the same when I was talking to Natasha she recommended I do the same thing.

    I have close to a thousand dollars in games and DLC that I had bought over the years I played, and to not be able to use them anymore hurts.

    I did make a new xbox live account since then but I haven't wanted to buy anything for it.

    done that and creating a new account just to do that would not be possible as account that has no suspension has no option to file a case review. So the best way to go about now is to make a post in forums so they will re investigate the case for you. Would

    If you have already filed for a file review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do. No one can help you in the forums regarding enforcement acts.

    Side note - My suggestion is to read the Code of Conduct and start again fresh

    Account hacked? On Christmas eve?!?!?

    I am the OP just having to use my old account until mine is returned from Microsoft. They were nice and gave me a 30day pre-paid card to use during their investigation. The sad part is, i'm having to re-level my MW3 and it sucks!

    No news yet, and my credit card was just charged for my monthly sub on the account that is currently being investigated.

    They don't really keep you in contact on what's going on.

    I didn't hear anything until I filled out a BBB complaint. But even then wasn't given any real useful info.

    Wasn't until after 5 months that I finally got in contact with a Exception Analyst who never answers his phone and is horrible and keeping in contact. I swear I emailed him 10 times and called in before I finally received any contact from him only to be
    told he no longer has my case and that it's in the hands of the investigation team. Then after getting my account back he's tried to contact me when I wasn't home. Again try to contact him back again and still no luck. I got my account back but he wanted to
    contact me to make sure I was properly compensated he stated in the voicemails. Hoping I'll be able to get in on on the DLC deals I missed out on throughout my 6 month of waiting on them.
