    Re-Installing Game


    Hello!

    I had to re-installed the game Horizon 3 because it locked out on me at the start of the game. After I re-installed the game, I was not able to connect to Cloud saves. But the strange thing is that when I took out the CD disc, the game was still able to
    play without the CD disc inside the Xbox One. I have the regular Xbox One console. But when I try to launch another game, it asked me to put the CD disc in. So that would mean the re-installation went wrong.

    So I was at level 700 in the game, after the re-installed, it put me back to level 1. I also lost all the DLC car packs.

    Anyone know why I can not connect to the Cloud saves and why was I able to play the game with NO CD disc inside the Xbox One?

    yes, I tried. re-installing, reset... still not working.

    Xbox one games does not update.

    You will not lose any saves by un-installing then re-installing games.

    Hey Tigardia! If you press menu on the game tile and select "manage game" are you able to see the game data or DLC? What other games are you having issues with asking you for a disc? Post back and let me know!

    If I understand, you want to know if you can reinstall a game that you already bought?

    Of course you can! You own the game, it's yours!

    You can uninstall and reinstall it as many time as you want!

    Re-installing the game fixes the problem. Un-install then re-install it, & you'll be fine.
