Re-Installing Forza 7

Hi,

I just recently sent my Xbox One in for a warranty repair as it was not powering on. As such my hard copy of Forza Motorsport 7 was stuck in the console.

Unfortunately the console did not return with the game disc in the console.

I was looking to re-download the game that I purchased online. How would I go about doing that?

They must return your disc! Don't let go of this issue. Call them.

If it was Microsoft repair center, contact helpdesk to maybe get back the disc https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If not , call your repair center.

You should most definitely contact the place where you sent your console for repair and ask why they didn't return the disc that was stuck in it, using your original repair reference number etc they should send it back to you. Specially if it was sent for
a warranty repair at microsoft itself.

It might be that your console wasn't repaired and they sent you out a replacement console.

In order to download it, you would need to purchase it digitally. Otherwise, you would need another disc.

You cant download the game unless you have also purchase it on the online store, if you did go to the account with the one you bought the game to the store, search forza 7 and it should be available to be downloaded.

You should contact the place you sent your xbox to be repaired, maybe they just forgot to sent you the game once it was repaired.
