    Re-installing DLC does not work...


    Hi,

    I've been trying to reach out to Microsoft through the website and also checked for a phone number, which just told me to go back to their website. I have Snowrunner with season pass, as well as a couple DLC trucks that were not included in the season pass
    smh. Had the DLC trucks uninstalled but now I'd like to get them back for the money they are worth when starting a new savegame. I went to Xbox Store, re-installed them yet they won't show up in-game and they say they are installed. I wanted to reset my console
    but when I clicked the link explaining how it works, the website said page doesn't exist anymore... I want to know; will it just erase my profile - that can be redownloaded from the cloud I presume - and keep my games installed or will I lose everything? Is
    there any other way to get my DLCs back? Went on account.microsoft.com and everything has a green check next to it, doesn't show any error...

    I would suggest deleting the DLC and re-downloading it and re-installing the game. If that does not work you will have to buy a new hard drive.

    I have the same problem. It says it was purchased / product installed in Shop but does not show as downloaded in the game manager. When you load the game - the game advertises that the DLC is available for purchase. Cycling the xbox off and on does not change
    anything.

    I deleted the game and re-installed and that also does not work. There seems to be an endless glitch were the Xbox store says its installed while the product is not showing as installed so it cannot be re-installed or un-installed or used.

    downloadable content has changed?

    Clear your system cache and re-download the update. If that doesn't work then try deleting the DLC and re-installing it.
