Re-install of MSFS can't get past available space complaint.

I have an interrupted install of MSFS on my machine. The App Store seems to recognize the partial install, but then says that it needs to see 123Gb to continue and offers two drives to select from. Both drives it proposes show in the dialog as having 500Gb. but upon selecting either drive, the process doesn't continue.

I don't want to kill the old install because I was given the game as a gift via Best Buy and re-constituting the purchase info could be a bear. I have a receipt, but it was difficult to start the installation.

Thanks Dave, try installing the game one more time using the Xbox app to see if now the download finally starts

What's the exact message that you're seeing when you select one drive or the other?
If possible please attach an screenshot (don't forget to conceal personal information)

By the way, is this a physical copy or are you trying to install the game via Microsoft store / Xbox app?

I'm not an X-Box user. I am installing the game on my PC.

I don't get a response. Here is what I see.

Installing from the Microsoft Store.

Now, I have tried clicking in the white space below the message (after selecting drive D, which has over 500GB available. The installation started, but threw a code...

Any ideas?
