    can't login into live account anymore

    I have problem with my windows OS and so i re-install my window, after the installation i install the game TRON:EVOLUTION

    however, i can't use my live accout anymore for the games anymore, it keep showing me that the code i am using is not valid

    my account(this '') have enter a promotion code before and now that code is not avaliable anymore

    What should i do if i want to enjoy my game again

    So without internet access it's impossible to play any games this gen, correct?

    The internet is not required to download/install any games unless you're buying them digitally or using download codes.

    Re install games using codes after repair

    Once used a code cannot be used again. Go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready to Download. You can redownload the game from there.

    To prevent the need to redownload items in the future you should consider getting an external hard drive. You can use a USB 3.0 compatible drive ranging in size from 256GB to 16TB.

    I had the game installed to my G drive, and after I saw the commands you gave repair the C drive, I re-installed the game to the C drive after repairing and now the game works. Thank you for your patience and help with troubleshooting!

    Checked PC time and signed out of my account in the Xbox app. Also re-installed the Xbox app for good measure after a repair/reset. Managed to sign back in after reinstall. Loaded up the same game again to get the same result/error.
