    My Xbox live profile was having issues, so I tried to re download it onto my Xbox to see if it would fix the problem. Instead it deleted my account from my Xbox and everytime I try to download it, a message pops up saying downloading profiles is not available
    at this time. Any help?

    So I researched that error code and found that it suggested to clear my cache files. I did so and my profile is now working. Here's the link if you need it:

    No luck. Ive tried both solutions. My xbox live test connection was fine. I'm ok with not having xbl for the time being but at the very least I would like to have my profile back, as all my settings and roster updates were up to date on my profile. If
    anyone has an alternate solution to re-downloading my profile and recovering my settings, it would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Hey there Matty! I'm sorry you are no longer able to recover your profile. Are you able to download it to other consoles, or do they all show this same issue? Just to be sure, other profiles can download to your console without this error, correct? Let us

    All representatives for xbox are claiming they have never seen this issue. They continue to tell me to wait it out, maybe its.a live issue. But I have ran a test connection and everything looks fine. I can not save progress in games or load old data.
    A rep had me delete my profile and had no answers on how to recover it. I'm really not sure what my next attempt would be moving forward.
