    Full story, I have an an extra storage Seagate-usb 2 terabytes. I accidentally deleted all my games on it. All the games on it will not re-download now. I don’t know what to do. The games just stop downloading everytime for no reason especially when the xbox shuts off. The games I had on there are Call of Duty, Modern Warfare and Vanguard, Battlefield, and Halo Infinite. The main games will just stop downloading. The dlcs for each game will continue for some reason though. Help please.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    The External hard drive may have been corrupted. Since these games are already deleted, kindly reformat the drive then try again. Please follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.

    Select your device, and then select Format.

    Factory reset please, and you're correct, connected to Internet.

    So a hard reset or a factory reset.? Also xbox live means being connected to the internet correct?
