    Sold my 360 last year but thinking about buying another one. I know I can re-download what I purchased in the past, but what about the games that are no longer offered for sale on the marketplace? Although not for sale, can I download them since I own
    them?

    Can't Play Borderlands DLC Offline

    After doing the license transfer you will need to re-download any DLC/XBLA games that are effected by it. This should clear your problem.

    Still on Trial !!!

    i just bought 2 XBLA games "Gatling Gears and Warhammer", it tell me that the purchases where successful, but the games still on trial mode and asks me to re-download them again, why is that ?

    PS: am on a limited internet subscription, therefor its not easy for me to re-download them again.

    Some games may have been completely removed from the servers so you won't be able to download them, but there will still be some you can redownload even though they are not on the marketplace. just redownload them from your download history.

    Ok.... so then I guess the real question is how can I tell (if possible) what games were removed from the server before I go and buy another 360? For instance, UNO can't be bought but can I download it again?

    As far as I know there's not really a way to tell until you try redownloading.

    As far as I know there's not really a way to tell until you try redownloading.

    Still keeps downloading and re-downloading the Scarygirl XBLA demo.

    Not keen on this latest version of the dashboard, There are a couple of ommisions that would have made it so much better (view games by Type, View full games (there's an option for demo's so why not it's opposite?))
