    I purchased a Halo 5 Limited edition Xbox. It came with a free download of Halo 5 Guardians. The unit had controller connection issues and I sent it in for replacement. They replaced the console but it did not have the option to re-download Halo 5. I have
    tried everything to locate the download but it is nowhere. I have chatted with Microsoft support who say it should be in the download history but it is not there. I have made this new console my Home console. Can anybody provide some advice here please? Thanks.

    If you redeemed the code on your gamertag then you should be able to download it again for free from the marketplace.

    If you did not redeem it on your gamertag then you need to log in with the account which was used to purchase/redeem it

    sounds like the difficulty has been changed, try searching something like "how to change the difficulty on Halo: 5 Guardians" in your search engine. I just used Halo 5: Guardians as an example, simply replace that with what ever game you are wanting to
    change the difficulty on.
