RE Digital Download refund

Hi guys,

so kids managed to get hold of the xbox 360 this morning that has my master account on and for some reason theyve managed to be able to purchase two games online via my partners bank without being requested a password for purchase confirmation

this was done via my online account from my xbox 360 and xbox one and should both required confirmation before purchasing any content, who do i contact s great as MS seem to be at having options to contact them its very unclear how i go about contacting
them in reguards to a refund for unauthorized sale / purchases

any help appreciated

However really you should've two factor authentication on and pin your Xbox profile

Refunds for digitally bought goods will not be issued, however, in this case you should be able to re-download the game if you go to it's store page.

digital content is account bound. If you are within the window you could request a refund and re-buy.

There is no way that I know of to get a refund. I says in black and white when you download your digital copy that there are no refunds of digital content.
