I made a post regarding not receiving GOW4 legacy reward operations pack code. 'Mister Beep' responded to that post saying he sent me a message over xbox live and he locked the post. there is no xbox live message and I cant reply to that post because he
locked it.

it would not be a xbox live MSG

It would be a forums private MSG if you go back to the forums you click on the link he provided to take you to your inbox

 

he said "I sent you a message over Xbox Live". that link goes to my xbox live messages and there is no message from him

 

it would still be thru forums
