Re-core and Ark obtained but do not appear in my xbox one games...

and thus are not playable anywhere as announced, which is, mildly said, a disappointment

Can somebody help me? Maybe, I look in the wrong place? Do play anywhere games have their own access?

Dlc Skins not working online

I do have the New 52, the Noel and the one million skins because of unlocking them but the other ones do not appear. I have re-downloaded my season pass and the 2 skin packs multiple times but they do not show up in the multiplayer game.

 

Hello! If the game is a play anywhere title you will be able to play it on Xbox and pc but each will have it's individual code.

Are these games digital or on disc? Note that only digital games are eligible for Play Anywhere, so if these games are on disc you will not be able to play them on Windows 10.

To clarify, are you trying to play on your Xbox One or from a PC? Is it possible you signed in from a different account than the Xbox Live account that made the purchase? We're happy to help out, keep us in the loop

 

Hey my friend,

I purchased both titles to be played on xbox.one. Here, no problem occurs. I stumbled upon the fact, that both games can be played on the pc with a win 10 OS as well, as, seemingly, both are part of your play anywhere scheme.

So, I tried to either find thekey for this games to play on my win 10 pc or download it from my web-based account here. But, alas alas, the only available game in the xbox.one category - I bought it some 4 weeks ago - is the master chief collection. Three
other titles I obtained for my xbox.one do not appear either.

Questions

Where can I find the other titles in my pc-based account?

Has the windows 10 play anywhere option already been implemented?

If so, where and how can I install them in my pc?

Not all Xbox One titles are available for Play Anywhere. ReCore is one of those titles, which explains why you are able to access it on your PC. For details on how Play Anywhere works and for upcoming titles, check out
