    Fulgore's charge isn't always unsafe, depending on the situation you should always find a way to get yourself some breathing room. these strategies may not cover all situations, but they are based from what I experienced:

    You have three options light charge, medium charge, and heavy charge, you probably already know that each gives you a certain amount of meter:

    Light- 1 I personally recommend this if you manage to knock your enemy down there's some time before they get up and your light charge can go a bit faster than that time they're on the ground and getting up a second later it's also good for people are medium
    distance away.

    Medium-2 ((this is good when your opponent is further away OR when you've knocked them away enough to do this, you can use this charge after breaking a combo as a good example to

    Heavy-3(hold to charge it to full) ((don't use this unless you can get your enemy far away enough to have it safe))

    Fulgore's light charge happens pretty fast, I suggest you use this when your enemy is knocked down even when they are close up it should give you time to block. For the medium I suggest you do this for enemies that try to back up instead of getting in the
    first few matches.

    For his heaviest it's a little tricky what you need to do is build up the combo till all 4 knock down dots under your combo gauge light up then use the plasma blast ender and activate your heavy charge immediately if you don't get combo broken you can use
    this charge up all three and be safe enough to block by the time your opponent gets up.

    I can understand the frustration when it comes to charging meter but do what you must to get breathing room, your opponent will not allow you to have any chance so make it for yourself to get that meter. If you have to use Instinct Mode to get meter while
    the green health bar, that's a bad sign.

    By no means am I an expert with Fulgore but these were the strategies I came up with when playing against others on ranked. (50 wins is not easy)

  3. I can Vouch for that, I've seen him do it that was one of the reasons why he was able to put up a good fight.

    Pretty much everything Jago does is safe, and he has a tool for pretty much everything. Add his ability to regenerate health and the easiest manuals in the game and its pretty obvious why there is an army of Jago players out there. He is overpowered. Make
    his windkick unsafe on block and that would probably be enough to balance him.

    Everyone else is fine, in principle, although Sadira has a tonne of unintentional broken stuff that needs fixing. If a Sadira has instinct, in the right hands she can take almost an entire health bar with no opportunity to break, which is clearly not right.

    Regarding someone up there saying Thunder's shadow command grab is overpowered - the tiny number of Thunders playing online should make it pretty clear there is nothing overpowered about him. Take away his shadow command grab and no one will be playing him.
    He'd just be too underpowered.

    @Stefraki another theory I'd like to suggest is that since Jago is the only character you can play in dojo mode he's the character most people who start out in the game are comfortable using.

    I would be ok with a little more recovery frames for the wind kick.

    Keep in mind though everyone, I don't think IG's gonna be doing any balancing till we get the other 8 characters I assume they'll have to adjust based off this.

    @JEFFRON27 - I am sure his Dojo status certainly helps new players, but I would argue the fact that he had the most development time probably played a huge role too. If you look at the characters who were developed first. They had much longer to work on
    Jago and Sabrewulf than the rest of the case and hence the temptation to keep adding cool new stuff to them was probably hard to resist. Those with the least dev time - Spinal and Fulgore - while great in the right hands are easily the hardest to be good with.

    If you look at Jago, he has the easiest manuals, he can regain health and while he is in instinct do even easier combos, he can combo off a throw if he has meter, for a long time he was the only cast member with a conventional projectile. Even without pretty
    much everything he does being safe, he is still pretty much a super hero in the case. I don't think its a coincidence that there is an army of him online, and I don't think its just because he has the dojo and others don't.

    IG have said that they won't nerf anyone, so I doubt we will see more recovery from his Wind Kick, but it causing other characters less block-stun would be a way around this, or just giving everyone a special that had priority over it so that it couldn't
    be abused without reprecussion. I would hope at the very least that all of the new cast members were designed to ensure that they couldn't be *** on by Jago like most of the original cast can be.

    In truth, I don't think Sadira needs any nerfs. Yes her Instinct Mode is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but when you consider that she virtually has no real effect ground wake ups, it kind of evens her out. The fact is, the game is not even out a
    year yet, and in truth, we are still figuring things out, learning new tricks per say, so to start changing things because people don't want to take the time to learn to get around them, is a bit over the top.

    I main Sadira, and she is incredibly tricky to work with. I keep hearing people whine about how easy she is, and I tell you right now, she's a helluva lot of fun, but she isn't easy, especially learning her manuals, and having to do all of these extra motions
    to really get good with her.

    Every character is a puzzle and what's great is that anybody can be good with anybody with enough practice. Thankfully we don't have any Vegas or over the top Seths in this game.

    I don't want any of the characters to be changed. That's what kept happening to SSFIV series. Chung-li was awesome and then they nerfed her. Made her almost impossible to be good as and she got largely abandoned (not by me... I luvs her... ALWAYS!!!!!!).
    They tweaked her again to make her good. I don't want to keep having to relearn a character I've already learned due to crazy nerfs.
