Re-arange favorites in the one guide

Discus and support Re-arange favorites in the one guide in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is there anyway to re order my favorite channels in the one guide?     Is there anyway to re order my favorite channels in the one guide? On mine ITV comes before BBC1 which is just anoying and wrong.

    Xbox one Oneguide Probleme

    Hallo sollte laut Support hier mal reinschreiben, und zwar habe ich eine Xbox one und nutze den one Guide nur habe ich im Telekom Receiver eine Favoriten Liste die wird leider vom Xbox one Guide nur bedingt übernommen. Und zwar haut der mir alle Sender durch
    ein ander, sage ich ZDF gibt er mir RTL ZB. Ich glaube gelesen zu haben das der one Guide keine Favoriten Listen übernimmt das es in Amerika keine gibt, wird das Problem irgendwann mal behoben da man es so nicht benutzen kann per Sprache??Bzw hast Hermann

    Simple feature request for one guide

    I love using one guide and the media remote. It allows me a good way to set my favorites and cut out all the garbage channels comcast has on their guide. My only issue is that it is too easy to take a channel off of favorites. I click the channel just
    wanting to watch that channel but that just toggles the favorite star.. Either make adding a channel to favorites different or just add a confirmation screen when you remove a favorite.

    I am having the same problem.

    Have also hard reset and all the other suggestions

    I am no longer having the issue, I think the last update fixed it.

    Hi mcgrew77,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

    First, go ahead and do a hard restart and
    power cycle    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a soft factory reset.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.

    Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your
    network during the reset.

    Let us know the results!
