Re-add account

No,you'd be fine.

Your game saves are stored separately on your consoles hard drive & copies are stored on the cloud as well as long as you are connected to live.

Some games even store another copy on their own servers.

Try removing the account from the console, do a hard re-start, then re add the account to the console.

Lets remove and re-add the account alright that should do the trick.

Go to settings - account - remove accounts

Re - add the account bring up the side menu - go to the icon at the top above friends list - go left scroll down until you see add & manage click on it then click add new.

3.Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.
