RE Abusive player, impersonating other player

Good day,

There is a player on XBox that changed his gamer tag to my son's tag. He refuses to change it back and he goes around telling
everyone that my son is the impersonator. Stefan has reported him numerous times and nothing happens to this player.
His friends also changed their gamer tags to start with [mod removed]. I get the idea that being abusive and impersonating another player is in order, because it has been months and this player is still going around naming and shaming
my son. Is this what the Microsoft community is all about, supporting players like this?

Should you check your records, you will see that Stefan has been [mod removed] since he registered on XBox Live.

I really hope to hear something from you as I would expect Microsoft to have respect for their environment and players part of the community.

Thanx for the feedback. This player has been reported on the XBox, but nothing has happened up to this point. It is not only about muting and blocking, it is about this user naming and shaming my son with other friends on XBox. that is unacceptable, however,
you say, there is no magic formula actually to solve the problem.

Just an FYI, the Enforcement team doesn't use these forums. They only deal with the Enforcement
site.

Also, all you can really do is
mute, block, and / or report them. After that, an XBLPET will investigate.

The enforcement agent is explaining that your ban was justified as you used abusive language against other players. In the future, if other players are harassing you the best step would be to block or mute them instead of verbally retaliating. You can
also report these players if they are abusing the code of conduct.

Players who tell you that they are admins is the biggest sign that they are impersonators.

You are not supposed to use names or gamertags of other players in xbox.live. Just report the player that was harassing you by filing a complaint:
