RDR2 saves gone after Xbox One firmware update 10.0.22000.3038

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, attempting to retrieve my saves from the cloud was the first thing I tried. All I got back was the same saves I had prior to the operation. In other words, it seems my saves are missing both locally and in the cloud.

Any idea on what I can do?

To retrieve a lost save from the cloud, Go to My games & apps.

- Highlight the game.

- Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.

- Go to saved Data and clear local saves.

- Then, Select the game tile, and then choose Select all to make sure all available content gets installed.

- Select Save changes and wait for the content to install.

- Relaunch the game.

UPDATE: This major problem only happens after I set my power options to energy-saving and after turning on the Xbox One, everything is gone. Instant-on seems to keep the update as functional as it is.

I'm sorry to hear that Spanger24, lets try this step and see if this does anything.

On your Xbox one, go to settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

Once done then go to the home screen, scroll to the left and down to the gear and choose restart console.

When it's back on then add your profile and try to launch Minecraft and see if it loads your save please.

I can't speak on the update or on the saved files, but you can easily just redownload your profile from the startup/sign-in screen.
