Rdr2 progress put back

Discus and support Rdr2 progress put back in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Im not sure if any one can help but I was playing rdr2 near the end of chapter 3 I turned my xbox off to go make dinner when I came back and logged on...     Im not sure if any one can help but I was playing rdr2 near the end of chapter 3 I turned my xbox off to go make dinner when I came back and logged on my progress was reset to the start of chapter 2

    What are your guys favorite game right now?

    It's a toss up between Apex and RDR2. I can't put down either of these games and I already 100% RDR2.

    Unfortunately if you've overwritten that save with one from the cloud that means that old save is gone.

    If you mean you overwritten the save with one while you were offline, to fix that you should go to My Games and Apps > Games > Push START (3 lines button) on your game > Manage game > delete the save file from this console only (DON'T select "from everywhere")
    > connect to xbox live and launch your game and you should see "Syncing..." and you should have your save back.
