RDR2 preorder/ didn’t receive GTA bonus code

I was supposed to receive a code for 2 million GTA $ for my RDR2 preorder, but did not. Live support sent me over here to y’all.

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post that. It was the link that they gave me when I contacted support. I’ve been trying to get this mess fixed for a few days. Everyone I talk to says I’m right, then I get told to talk to someone else. I need my
GTA money to get a ramp car so I can get even with my son for running over me with a tank.

It shouldn’t be this hard to get yalls mistake corrected.

 

Press the Xbox button to bring up the menu,and go to "messages" and see if there's a post from MS/Xbox Live. Redeem&play! ;-)

I’ve done that... a lot. Plus I called support again. After 36 minutes, I thought I was making progress then a recording came on that said they were closed and I should call when they were open.

 

After spending a great deal of time making multiple calls and getting nowhere, someone at xbox finally let me know that this was a known problem and that they were working on it. I asked for an estimated time it would be resolved and they didnt know. They
opened a ticket at least, but i keep getting emails saying its resolved... still not resolved.

Thank goodness i dont have many problems with my xbox, because i really do not like companies that treat their customers so poorly.

 

Finally! I got my code. The clouds parted and angels were singing... plus ramp buggy is on sale.
