    Rdr2 and Gta5 have simply disappeared from my Xbox and account.


    Hi there, quite a while ago I uninstalled GTA V from my Xbox and a little while after realized that it had disappeared from my account. I gave up trying to fix it as although I have played quite a lot, I don't play much anymore. However a few weeks ago I uninstalled RDR2 to make space and although the online is still there, I can only be offered to purchase the game again even though it installed my pre-order bonus. Please help with both.

    indeed the error is on xbox1. I got a redeem code for 2.000.000 gta$ from a friend that bought rdr2. i entered the code but didnt get any money on gta5. it states that i do own the content but yet i didnt get the money on gta5 online. and i cant re-enter
    the code as it states that i already own the content. so where's my moneyyyyy! Oh and yes waiting doesnt help as it prompted on xbox1.
