RDR 2 - Shotgun & bow

I bought the game from the Microsoft portal, I do not have any contact / reference with the developer. I would expect Microsoft to show accountability towards products they sell. Disappointing.

This is an in-game issue. You should contact the game developer or post in their forums.

You will need to look into this with Rockstar games it is not a Microsoft issue.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue in Red Dead 2.

Now, as implied by the previous posts, this could be a developer issue, but let's not jump to conclusion.

To rule something being wrong console wise, I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or
freezes during gameplay" and see if that has any effect.

If that doesn't do the trick, then it might be helpful to perform what we call a soft factory reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey will be removed)
and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted reset and keep my games and apps.

Microsoft did not write the code in RDR2, so they can't change it. I'd check the Rockstar social club boards.
