Discus and support RCA LED55C55R120Q 55" Tv not supported with the Kinect? No codes work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Anyone have this TV and know a code that works?     RCA LED55C55R120Q 55" Tv not supported with the Kinect? No codes work


    Anyone have this TV and know a code that works? Did the setup, found my model but codes do not work. Tried entering other codes I found online. Tried the auto setup with the Xbox, no luck there either. Used the xbox online chat support, that was a disaster.
    Got this tv over the weekend to replace an older and smaller tv that worked with the Kinect, soooooooo miss using the "Xbox On" Xbox volume up and down and "Xbox turn off" commands to turn on/off my tv, receiver and cable box. never touched a remote. Went
    to the RCA support site, Xbox One reddit, and tried avs forums. No luck.

    HDMI is a digital signal and RCA is analogue which is why the cable did not work. In order to do what you require will need a proper converter which will cost as much as a new TV.

    turtle beach px5 are they worth £150

    get the x31s and an rca to headphone cable so you can use the headphones with anything that has a headphone slot.

    Thats what i did and i use them for my tv/dvd, laptop, music player, iphone and ps3 (no voice communication)

    headphones about £55 cable £1.50.

    I just picked this TV up yesterday, the first code worked fine on my TV and I can control it. So just keep on trying, it does work!

    The downside I'm having though is games look and play like crap on this TV, lots of lag! Trying to figure out how to optimize my settings now.

    Yes, RCA is a huge company and they produce a great number of different model TV's. It is very likely they use the same IR code-set as they use in another model number TV (all major TV producers do that, Samsung uses the same IR code-set in a majority of
    the TVs they produce). Just because the exact model of TV is not listed does not mean the Kinect does not have the correct code-set to match. Try using auto-configuration upon the entry of the TV model instead of the 'Enter it' option. Please give that a shot
    and post back with your results. Game On!

    3.5mm jack to RCA?

    Yes, if the regular headphones are getting sound from the headphone jack of the tv, the 3.5mm to RCA adapter should work for getting sound to your turtle beaches. You probably already checked for audio out RCA jacks on the back of the tv?
