RB stuck on ALL controllers. Even brand new.

I just turned on my Xbox One X today and now my dashboard just keeps scrolling to the right. I have a elite controller and two brand new controllers. They all are doing the same thing even after following the three methods listed and cleaning the RB button.
Even just turning on the Xbox itself, it'll automatically just scroll to the right with no controllers turned on. During in game it does not happen only on the dashboard. Please help and fix this issue.

I had that occur to me once a couple of years ago however it was a problem with the RB being stuck depressed on one of my controllers. It would be unusual for multiple controllers to have the same fault but it's not impossible, are you absolutely sure that
the RB button isn't depressed on your controllers?

If you can, try pressing the Xbox nexus button, move right to System - Settings, down to Devices & streaming - Accessories, select your controller and press the bottom right button (icon looks like a small flask). That opens a controller button pressed UI
and if nothing is pressed then there should be no entry under Button pressed: line. If your RB is stuck depressed then you should see it listed as RB even when you aren't pressing it. It might also be a faulty stuck right Dpad button.

Do you have a friend or local store that would let you test your controller on their Xbox One using the Accessories tester noted above? That should definitely rule out whether the controllers are faulty and if the controllers are okay then it's something
in your console that is not working properly.

it's a shame that tassthat that bad experience, it's not to defend the brand, but in my case I have four years with my xbox (the original) and still play with the control I brought, I play all kinds of games and the only problem has been rb that broke
the union and I should stick it with tape, but the control serves as a simpre and doesn't cause me any problems even the button repaired
