    RB Button stopped working


    My controller's RB button broke while I was playing. I pressed it normally and the button is out of its place. It works sometimes, but its terrible to press it, because it does not have the "stopper" anymore. What can I do? I think that the warranty period
    ended last week.

    Xbox 360 Black controller problem.

    Just some minutes ago the B button stopped working. And when i resynced the controller the B Button worked ! But the RB And the Y Button is still not responding.

    Hi

    If the controller RB button has stopped working you will probably need to either send the controller back to
    Microsoft for service or purchase a replacement controller.

    I have the same issue with my day one controller that MS sent me as a replacement...MS took a step back with this controller

    Could Mircrosoft please acknowledge the widespread LB/RB button issues? Countless users, me included, have to return their products every couple of month because these buttons stop working.

    This is a massive fault in the production, which the series one did not have.
