    RB button on Elite Series 2 stops functioning


    This is the second controller to do it. Purchased May 15 and lightly used. Microsoft has no hardware support right now, calling gets me transferred between reps who just tell me they can't help me because there are no more elite series 2 controllers available.

    Is anyone else having the same issue? I've literally played Rocket League, Sekiro, Dark souls 3, and Fall guys since buying the controller, for a few hours a week at most.

    If you don't have a solution i would caution EVERYONE against buying these overpriced controllers. And if you do make sure you buy it from a reputable source with a full replacement plan.

    My browser is blocking 3rd party cookies (Chrome). Why are third party cookies necessary to complete the return? It won't let me proceed despite turning off AdBlock.

    Xbox Elite Series 2 RB Stopped Functionally

    Update! I’m on my third controller and the RB is beginning to do it again. It has to be more than a bad batch. It has to be a design flaw in the controller if all of the controllers I’ve gotten have the same problem. Hopefully they release an updated version
    of the elite.
