    Hey guys,

    Good night.

    I've bought a joystick recently, and the RB button suddently started to have a malfunction, as usually when kept pressed it does not works. I discovered it when playing Dragon Dogma in PC. Some skills are stronger as long as you keep the button pressed,
    and after released the skill is activated. What it's happening is that I try to keep pressing the button, but it does hold long, simply releasing the pressure by itself before the desired time.

    Tryed in other games as well (Witcher 3, Battlefield), same problem. Sometimes the button does not even works.

    The device is sill within warranty. What should I do?

    P.S: Sorry for the bad english, is not my native language.

    RB button broke

    xbox 1 's only bought Xmas 2017 came with controller but the RB button does not work all the time it's frustrating as it's new !! Seems be a common fault which has not been dealt with. How do I get a replacement I'm not buying a new 1 this 3 weeks old

    Try pushing the RB (right bumper) on your controller..

    RB should function as black button

    LB should function as white button

    My browser is blocking 3rd party cookies (Chrome). Why are third party cookies necessary to complete the return? It won't let me proceed despite turning off AdBlock.
