    RB button input broken with update


    After updating to 10.0.19041.2490 (rs_xbox_release_2005-200507-0000) the RB input is broken

    Played Halo MCC and Destiny 2 and sometimes the RB does not register correctly, sometimes it double registers, others none at all

    Tested with my PC and I have no issues in the same games.

    Controller is Elite Series 2

    Can't Update Console

    Ah, sorry, I misunderstood. :) Have you tried to clear the existing update before proceeding with the USB update? To do so, go to System Settings>Memory>Highlight the Hard Drive, then input the following button sequence: LB RB X LB RB X.

    If the system cache clear does not work, can you try removing the update and reinstalling it? You would do so by highlight the hard drive like you would for system cache, only instead input this button sequence: LB RB X LB RB X. That should reset your console
    and it will update.

    Hey there! Are you able to get to the Xbox Dashboard at all? If so, can you try reinstalling the latest console update before calling support? Go to System Settings, then select Memory. Highlight the Hard Drive, then input this button sequence: LB RB X LB
    RB X. Your console will restart, then update. Let us know if this helps. :)

    Alright, can you try clearing the latest system update and reinstalling? In order to do so, please go to System Settings, then select Memory. Highlight your hard drive, then input the following button sequence: LB RB X LB RB X. The console will restart.
    Then, test your network connection again to reinstall the latest update. :)
