RB button don't work

Hi everybody,

I bought an xbox360 five month ago and i have some problem with the RB button on the
Wireless Controller, it doesn't work...

Can i disassemble and repair it?

I don't want to buy a new Wireless Controller because i have to buy an xbox one next month...

Deadrising 3 survival menu.

I am having this same issue.

I have been playing story mode to chapter 3

I can get to map menu but the lb and rb buttons are unresponsive to get to blueprint, player or other menus.

I can control everything on the menu except the rb and lb buttons don't work

Game is not freezing. Lb and rb buttons work during game play, just not in the menu

I have the same issue with my day one controller that MS sent me as a replacement...MS took a step back with this controller

It worked!!!! I figured out that I was pushing the triggers under the lb and rb buttons. I don't know how to thank you.

You should check Walmart's return policy and go from there.

Need to speak to Walmart and inquire about your warranty and weather they need to have it repaired or replaced
