RB button broken on my elite controller tried to get device support not working

Have you tried to call Xbox Support via phone? also did you get a warranty with the controller. My RB button also went out within the first 30 days and they were able to assist me on getting this fixed.

RB button breaks seem to be common on controllers. My elite controller RB buttons stopped working as well. I was able to use my warranty on it. I recommend you send it to get it fixed, possibly getting in contact with xbox support and explaining the
problem. You might also want to talk with the retailer you bought it from and see their policies for broken items. That may be impossible since it has been 3 weeks since you took it out. I hope this cleared some things up for you. I'm happy to help if you

Once the RB button was broken in one of my controls.

the button wont work anywhere, its a controller issue i cant find anything online about fixing it the only other controller i have is broken,the back left of the rb button will click in a tiny area but the rest of the rb wont click and feels stuck when i press it
