RB Bumper is springy when when tap it

Im in warranty and after i hit submit to the serial code, it loads for a while then goes back to the page before. Am i doing it correct?

If your controller is out of warranty and you want to take a look at it you need to take the back cover off. Again only do this if you want to see if something is going on and you are out of warranty with an intent to replace it if you cant get it back
together. Sometimes things need a cleaning or preposition that is altered from lots of use. One of the screws holding the controller together is a security screw that has a small pip in it to prevent the standard torx screwdriver from going into it; you
need s special tool.

Again only do this if you are planning on replacing it if anything goes wrong and you are out of warranty.

I go to that website, and i know my controller is in warranty, it says that Microsoft is unable to register the product at the time. Maybe i should just buy a new controller

So you are going to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices to request the warranty support? I have not been through this process but you should be receiving
instruction on what to do to return the unit once it goes thru so no it does not sound like things are working as intended. Check your e-mail for a response and you may want to try again or possibly with a different browser (sometimes plug-ins or pop-ups
are blocked).

Sorry for the frustration you are having, if only software worked right the first time every time.
