Razer Wolverine Ultimate, NO SOUND

Soooo. I just happened to discover a problem. Just bought the turtle beach elite atlas, and the 3,5mm jack in my controller wont give me any sound.

same problem with the steelseries 5.

does any one of you guys know how to fix this?! Im desperate..

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

If multiple headsets are not working through the 3.5mm audio input, then the controller's input is no longer working due to a hardware issue and cannot be fixed. You would need to replace the controller completely. I would try the headset you own on a mobile
device just to make sure it works properly. If it does, then the issue is with the controller and you would need to use another one.

Thx, the headset works fine with my other controll.

and now i just figuered out i can chat with my friend, but no game audio.

with my wireless turtlebeach, all sound is on. but i really want too use my new one... lol

You can always go for the Xbox Elite controller, scuf gaming controller, razer wolverine ultimate.

Hmm. Is your controller charging or plugged into the console at all? That can and does mess up sound from the controller jack on Xbox branded controllers.

I'm not to familiar with the Wolverine, but does it require updates like the Xbox controllers?
