Razer Wolverine Ultimate Controller Issue

Hey,

I bought the Razer Wolverine Ultimate Controller and I'm pretty happy with it beside one big problem,

and I can't believe you actually can not adjust the volume of your own microphone loudness.

My Headsets are working fine with Microsoft Controllers, because there is an Window to adjust it,

if you connect a Headset to it.

But not with the Razer Wolverine Ultimate. The Setting is just too loud,

so your party members always hear buzzing noises.

Anyways after chatting with the Razer-Support, they told me there isn't a way to adjust it with the Controller,

no, I have to adjust it on my Xbox.

And if i need help with that, i should contact (you may guess) the Xbox support.

So after chatting with a guy from xbox support,

I am now just as clueless as before.

He said, there is no other way to adjust it, than in the window near the settings, which just doesn't appear

with the Razer Wolverine Ultimate.

Not Tournament Version, with the Ultimate Version just to be clear.

Is it really true that a 200€ Controller advertised as

"What you get is the most versatile and customizable controller ever."

"optimized for Xbox"

and you can't even adjust your Party sounds right?

Is there really no way to fix that? An Update or some thing to adjust it i dont care if its through the xbox or Razer.

I can't be the only one with that Problem.
