Razer Kaira Pro Not Turning On

Ok so I’ve had this headset since back in October of 2021 and it was working fine until just about two weeks ago. As of now it’s not fully turning on, it turns on for about 1/2 a second with the green rgb and then makes a loud pop noise and then turns off, it still charges fine and I’ve never mistreated it. Anyone know if I can fix this problem before I contact Razer and use my warranty?

I have done that before doing this and they said they’d get back to me later.

Then you have to wait although that's an odd thing to say from support usually there is a reason like escalation

Hello Chewbot, If when charging you have tried to turn on, or even change the charging cable and it still does not stay connected, you will even need to contact Razer to request the warranty of your headset.

Yeah it won’t turn on period. It still charges and everything but it just doesn’t power on.
