Razer controller set up not working

Please try the following steps:

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

6. Pair your devices again and check how the controller behaves.

If the issue persists, you should report it to Razer Support here.

Just to be clear, I do not have the Xbox razer turret or any experience with it.

Did you leave both options for wired and wireless on during all of your trouble shooting? You may have to turn off the wired option since you are using it wirelessly by the sounds of it.

The other thing is that I know that my Logitech racing wheel can be a bit iffy when it comes to getting it to work correctly, I have to connect it a certain way and launch things in a certain way to get it up and running smoothly, it could be a similar case
here, take note of what peripharals you have turned on (controllers, Xbox razer turret, etc) and which you use to launch the games.

Try having the razer turret unplugged from the xbox, then turn the Xbox on with a controller, wait until it has booted up, connected to Xbox Live and everything. then turn the controller off, connect the razer turret and then launch the game with that (If
possible)

If that doesn't work or isn't possible, use the controller to launch the game, then turn the controller off, and connect the razer turret.

Hello, I'm using the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma, so we're in a similar set up.

Simply connect the headset to the PC and set it as the Audio Panel's default option in the Playback Devices and Recording Devices tabs.

Make sure Razer Synapse is up to date.

Now, after you begin streaming, you should be hearing AND transmitting audio. But there's a catch, while streaming, if you take the mouse to the top, you'll see an option to unmute the microphone, do so. If the mic doesn't work, go to Start Menu > Settings
> Privacy > Microphone and let the Xbox app use it.

If you can't still hear the game or chat audio, go to Razer Synapse > Mixer and make sure the Xbox App isn't somehow muted by Razer by default!

If the the LT & RT buttons work on the official Xbox One controller and not the Razer Atrox in the same situation then you will probably need to contact Razer directly as this joystick does not appear to be an officially approved MS accessory.

Can you try using the headset in the Razer controller on PC? (Not entirely sure if audio is transmitted then at all)

But if the mic then doesn't work at all I would suggest trying another headset (earplugs for a phone) when those won't work either I suspect a defect in the controller for which I suggest contacting Razer support.
