Razer Chimaera 5.1 Not Working For Xbox One

Hey guys, I've been having this problem. It's not so much my friends voices being low, it's mine. They can't seem to hear me. I'm about to just say screw it and go get an Xbox One headset though I would rather not seeing as how much better the Razer Chimaera's
are and the fact that they cost so much. I've looked up a bunch of possibilities and a lot of people seem to think it could be the 2.5 or 3.5 mm jack and the adapter for the Xbox One controller. I haven't seen anything about the Razer's in particular though,
It's always been other Makes/Models.

If anyone has had the same problem and knows how to fix it please let me know, I really don't want to have to go out and buy a new headset, I'd much rather just buy extra cords/adapters if that can fix it. So far it was working great with the Xbox 360, so
I set them up the same way I did on that system.

I have the optic cable going in to the Xbox, and I have my 3.5mm cable (it's a Turtle Beach cable but worked with the 360) going from my headset to the Xbox One Controller Adapter (Yes, it is plugged into the 3.5 to 2.5mm cord that came with the adapter).
I can get the sound to work flawlessly, but my friends say they can just barely hear me in the lobby let alone if we're in a game with all the extra noise. They say I sound far away.

Audio setting for Razer Chimaera 5.1

I'm trying to connect my Razer Chimaera 5.1 wireless audio system, not for xboxLive but only to get the game audio offline playing,

but until now I can't make the digital audio to work with my Razer Chimaera.....

anyone having the same problem here?

 

i still have the same problem and if i turn the volum down than the voise chat going lower to so i cant hire mij chat team
