    Rayman legends not saving?


    I don't know if I am doing something wrong. I purchased Rayman for my new xbox one and for some reason when I leave the portal for the first one it doesn't save where I was up to. Do I have to complete the whole thing in one session or something! !? Help.
    I pause to exit but no option there to save my progress! !?

    I'm sorry to hear your saved data was deleted.

    You could try deleting your local data for Rayman Legends, which would force your console to download the latest save on the cloud.

    To do so:

    - Turn your console on.

    - Go to My games & apps > Rayman Legends > Manage game and add-ons > Saved data > Select your profile > Delete from the console.

    - Launch Rayman Legends.

    * Please keep in mind this will only work if your cloud save for Rayman Legends hasn't been overwritten by the new game your child started.

    As to a way to prevent this from happening again, I'm afraid there isn't one.

    To clarify, was it your data that your child deleted?
