    Rayman Jungle Run DLC issue


    Hi. There are 20 "new" levels in a game called Rayman Jungle Run. They are impossible to download, as going in-game and pressing on their button will get you to log in. If you do so, nothing happens. So you wait....nothing happens.

    The DLC can't be got anywhere else, and it's free. Is there a work around? Thanks.

    Yes the game it's still available to buy, but the problem is not the game, is the dlc, but as I mentioned, to confirm you need to contact the developer

    Windows 8 store apps are compatible with windows 10, if the game it's available the dlc would be also if the developer has it active for download

    Unfortunately a post was already made and their support didnt reply, although someone suggested it might be due to the Windows 8 (Game's targetted system) DLC system being different than the Windows 10 one.
