Rayman 3 HD not free on GwG

Rayman 3 should be free on Games with Gold as of October 1st but it still requires me to buy

My gold signature only expires next year

The "Free with Gold" game, Rayman 3 HD costs $9.99? Why isn't it free as it is listed & per usual?

 

Raymen 3 still not free with GwG

We're now 1/3rd of the way through the period where Rayman 3 HD is supposed to free on Games With Gold and yet everytime I try to get it it's still not free. Can't say I'm impressed.

 

I am having the same issue. £6.75 on my xbox and I came to the marketplace to download it that way. Still the same, £6.75. Got a yearly subscription and had no problem downloading Gone Home.

 

having same issue as well and on xb1 home screen it clearly show's it as a game with gold.

Look everyone, more incompetence from highly paid retards! I wonder how many people have accidently clicked 'buy' & made M$ a bunch of money? Oh, isn't that convenient.

I have that same problem. It's bad enough the free games are ****, bit then to try and make people pay for them? Your a joke!

 

Must be their plan all along. Had gold for 6 years. Really starting to think I should cancel

 

I am having the same issue. Not showing up as free when you follow the link from the GwG page.

 

I'm having same issue. I have prepaid Gold membership for 2 years, so that's not an issue. Must be a global glitch?. Has anyone contacted support?

 

Calm down, i'm sure this is a technical issue and they will fix it.

If anyone bought the game accidentially, just contact the support, i'm sure they will refund you the money in case you have an active XBox Gold Subscription
