Rattling controller

probably plastics clips broken internally from dropping it all the time, should not cause to much harm just annoyance, to stop it would need to take apart to release the fragments. dont do this if under warranty, but if it does have physical damage from dropping it then the warranty will be void anyway.

What kind of noise? Do you hear rattling, like a piece of something broke off inside the controller?

dude right button is breakin off thats why it's rattling Date purchased 2/18/2016 right button breaks off 2/28/2016 was rattling with vibration before that though face the controller down when holding a shake lightly i bet ur button with drop out.
second controller to fall apart on my since november last year.

Check out the videos on YouTube. People are posting them up. The shake and rattle test for example. As soon as I unboxed my two returned controllers back from Microsoft I did this. To find that they rattled before I had even played with them or sync'd
them up to my system.

Thank you for your help... trying out on Xbox accessories and hiting "vibrate" there's no rattle ... although on Forza Horizon 4, there's a rattle ... weird

Forza makes normal controllers rattle, I am pretty sure its desinged to push the motors extra hard (pun intended) I would keep an eye on it and see what happens/ how it is especially in other games. If there is an issue, do make sure you put your request
in before your warranty expires.
