Ratteling sound

ok i tried taking it back to retailer and they refuse to replace it i had it 4 months have not played it due to being in and out of hospital i downloaded updates for games why i was out but literally played it once n thats when i discovered the majour
issue with the fan that makes a loud grinding noise also i descovered it has somthink called coil whine and somthink is ratteling around inside the console to if u unplug it and turn it side to side u can hear it sliding back n fourth

yeh it helps buddy but argos refuse to replace my xbox one x so i phoned xbox customor support for a repair i phoned 4 times keep geting through to people who dont really understand english told me they were sending me a lable to print of to send console
in for repair next she tells me we need to sort out ur adress as its says the console is from canada but i bught it from a licenced high street retailer in the uk they clearly dont have a clue so what am i aupose to do
