    Let me start of this question by saying my age, I am 17 years old.

    So, I recently downloaded a game that was rated E 10+. But when I went to open it. It said it was blocked. Can someone explain how to fix this?

    Xbox freezing on startup

    I appear to be having the same problem as well. I thought it was a hard drive failure at first but everything is fine when I'm not connected to internet. Still, hopefully this problem will get sorted out.
