on a pc and i fixed the issue microsoft store app was bugged took 3 app resets to do it but the issue is fixed

Can other apps downloaded from Microsoft Store run normally? I suggest you check whether the account currently logged into the Store and the account you used to purchase Minecraft are the same.



Secondly, Microsoft now prefers to let everyone download and launch Xbox games on Windows through the Xbox application. This is the original intention of the Xbox application design.

If you run the game directly and there will be an error, please provide the error message or screenshot so that we can confirm it.



Finally, the issue of not being able to rate an app has to do with whether or not your account has it. Therefore, this question goes back to the discussion we started with - please confirm that the account logged in to the Store is the account used to purchase Minecraft.

May I ask you if you are trying to rate an app or just a game? Also, are you using a windows 10 device or an Xbox console?
