I downloaded the game with a download code the game is 11,4 GO and it's missing all the 360 games and they are not in my download queud like they're suppose to be

Hi, I'm having the same issue - have spent approx. 3 hours with support today and nobody is understanding of the issue on Support's end. The Rare Replay voucher in the FIFA 16 new X1 console bundle seems to be causing some issues (from my research on forums
last 24 hrs). The Rare Replay voucher I, and some others have, only downloads the 11.4 GBs base games and does not trigger the 360 port downloads as advertised. I've followed all steps from support including reinstall and resets x3, even deleted my user profile.

From what I've found by going back to the root cause, the 360 ports games like Perfect Dark, they link back to a DIFFERENT version of the Rare Replay bundle in the XBOX store that still sells for $29.99 even though we have the code redeemed. For some reason
I think these redemption codes didn't link back to the rest of the free downloadable content.

Now I've been told by Support that I have to buy the Xbox 360 version if I want to play them on XBOX One... can you believe it. I'm honestly at wits end as a longtime XBOX supporter, severely disappointed today. I approached with good intentions trying to
get Support ahead of this problem but feel they are skeptical and don't even read what I am saying.

I'm having the exact same issue with the FIFA 16 new X1 bundle. No 360 games will install from Rare Replay Collection. These are not isolated cases. I've spent 2 hours with support today and still no resolution. This really is unacceptable customer service.
The lack of knowledge of Microsoft products by the online chat team is astounding.

There is obviously a fault with the code included in the bundle or with the marketplace recognizing it. How many times must I re-download 11gb base install(I have a monthly usage cap!) before someone takes responsibility for a mistake. This is not a user
or hardware error!

Having recently come back to Xbox I'm already regretting my decision! I've had no such issues with Sony.

 

Same issue here. Same bundle. That's BS about having to buy the 360 version as I own nut's and bolts and it's not showing in the queue. Hopefully they do find a way to resolve this soon.

 

So this hasn't been resolved for anyone yet? What is going on here? Is support even looking into it?

So a few of us posted on Rare's Facebook page and they confirmed the codes are faulty Below is there reply:

"Hi. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Rare Replay code. It sounds like some retailers have accidentally acquired a batch of codes that don’t trigger the Xbox 360 titles. We're looking into this to find out what happened and how it can best be
resolved. Thanks for getting in touch and for your patience while we investigate!

Now responsibility has been taken can this get sorted asap?

basically I feel I was lied to and told I need to purchase all these 360 games ....

 

I am having this same issue with the Rare replay. Also, when I input my code for the free 14 day XBOX Live trial that did not work as well. The Lego game, FIFA, and the EA Access seem to be working fine for me.

 

Same here. I spent hours on chat and 2 hours on the phone last night with a supervisor. One of the cSr agents said to but the game and she would refund me. So I did games queued up right away. Then before they downloaded she refunded me. Games started up
and within 5 secs said I was not the owner and took me back to main screen. Got a hold of a supervisor and she was a cut and said that the games were part of the backwards compatibility and I had to wait 2 months to play the game. Fought with her for an hour
and about it and she finally agreed it was the download code. She try ed to get me to pay for the game and offered me 3 months xbox live as a repayment. So I laughed and pretty much told her where to go and how to get there. Dumb people they got working for
them.

 

Same issue here, guys. What a joke. I was so excited to finally get an Xbox One, and Rare Replay was a big part of why I bought the system in the first place. Here's hoping our patience pays off soon.

 

Same issue here as well. I entered the code and only the base game is cued to download. Looking at XBOX.COM it says I have purchased the Rare Replay which is part of the "Bundle" which is 29.99. So yeah, the Bundle was supposed to activate but did not using
this code. Has anyone gotten a refund and/or done the process to repurchase the bundle through support?
