Rare replay Viva pinata TIP : delete corrupted save

Hi.

My child have a problem with Rare replay Viva pinata TIP. The save file is corrupted so he can't load the garden. Unfortunately. I don't find how to delete this.

If i delete reserved place, and my child launch the game, game synchronize with cloud and the corrupted save is downloaded

How can i remove this corrupted save?

Achievement Page

I have viva pinata and I don't own rare replay. When I played it is looked at my achievements list and viva pinata showed up twice. One is labeled rare replay and the other labeled viva pinata with 0 achievements available. Is there any way to delete the
0% listed or anybody know why two showed up and how to fix that. Thanks

Sorry for all the questions. So it will show up as viva pinata regular and viva pinata rare replay? Cause that's what I'm looking at

 

Well, depends. What console are you using? Xbox one? Xbox 360?

Xbox 360 > Settings > system > Storage > "Your HDD or memory unit" > Games > find your game, look for the save.

Xbox one > Home > My games and apps > find game > Press menu button while game is highlighted > Manage game. You should find lots of options to delete things from here.

My problem is on Xbox one.

When I go to game management, I see only "reserved place". If I delete it, corrupted game is reloaded from Xbox live sync :/

Hmm. If it's the case that is corrupted on both ends, there they'll be an option to delete it from "Everywhere" vs just on the "Console" (Cloud vs local).

If what you say is true there is no way to recover a lost game I believe save once it's corrupt.

After trying to clear the saves and that still does not work for you, we may need to try deleting and re-downloading your profile. Just make sure you understand the email and password for the account before you do so please.

 

On xbox one, i don't see data about 360 game. I can only delete something named "reserved data".

I've delete all xbox 360 data from "system-> stockage" option.

So profiles was redownloaded but with the corrupted save.

The game says i can remove it from xbox but like it's a xbox 360 game (included in Rare replay), maybe acces 360 data will be possible in november...

 

I recently had this same problem, while you are in game hold down both the start and back buttons on your controller this will then bring up the dash pop up from the 360 console. On there scroll down to manage storage, it will ask you if it's okay to leave
the game so make sure you've completely saved your data. From there it will take you to a new window with all your games listed, go to Viva piñata: TIP, find the file that isn't synced, this is the corrupt file, you click A to delete it. The game should work
after that, but your garden isn't retrievable unfortunately.
