    Hi i have posted here once before about this issue and heard from one guy and when i responded to his email i havent heard anything else back from him. I have talked to phone support multiple times about this issue and they tell me only the promotions and
    special offers department can help me. (k so what happened is i brought a xbox one bundle from walmart that offered 1 of 4 games for free of our choice and when i entered all my information on the site xbox.com/name-your-game it said it had sent an email to
    my account and i never received that email with the 25 digit unlock code. I received one automated response to my last email to go to and filled out the form on ithttp://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/faq.html
    and filled out the form on the bottom of it and i was told by phone support that i should hear back from someone about it within 3 business days and that was last saturday feb. the 20th when i first filled that form out. The phone support person recommended
    i fill out a second one which i did on feb the 24th right after our call ended and so far i havent heard back from promotions and special offers since feb 19th when one emailed asking for more information which i replied with what had happened and i am just
    kinda confused on if im ever going to get my game code resent or if i just need to go buy a copy of the game i wanted.

    forza 6 only 16 digits, where to enter code ?

    hey

    i have bought xboxone + gratis 4 games, im must choose one of them "forza 6, halo, tomb raider or rare replay" i want forza 6 but i have no idea where to type this code, On this card is written " 1. Enter code on the page xbox.com/name-your-game, 16 digits
    code can only enter on xbox.com/name-your-game " but hier only to buy or code with 25 digits. Xbox bought in Gamestop in Germany.

    i bought an xbox one that was a holiday bundle that gives a choice of 1 game out of 4 without the kinect. The games offered are Rare Replay, Forza Motorsport 6, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and Rise of The Tomb Raider. I followed the directions and went
    to xbox.com/name-your-game. I registered my email with the site and entered the 16 digit code and it took me to the select your game page. I selected the Rare Replay game and it took me toapage where it told me that a code would be sent to my email. I went
    to my email and there was no email with the code to unlock Rare Replay. I went to the support page and called the 800# and talked to one customer service representitive that had no clue about what I was talking about so my wife decided to call back for me
    and that representitive told us we had to get on this site and post on here to get ahold of someone to correct this issue. I got the xbox one just for Rare Replay.

    Check any information you received with the code. Typically a 16-digit code would be entered in a different website to then receive the proper 25 digit code.
