    Hey! I have This friend that got a really nice Emoji picture that really want.. But i dont know how to get it.. If you searching it up on YouTube its nothing about it.. Please help! Btw the Friends gamertag is: Tuckercatfish

    What did i do wrong?

    I haven't been sending hateful messages and I just got banned for Breaking the Microsoft terms of service the worst thing I've done is send someone a Sh*t emoji IS USING EMOJI BREAKING THE TERMS OF SERVICE EXPLAIN (it says I specifically was banned because
    of communication)

    That is not an available gamerpic from Xbox, so it would have been one he created which is actually not allowed and could risk him being banned.

    It seems like there is a faulty URL check on Xbox.com when you customize your Profile picture, where it allows you to "inject" an image URL from a "trusted" source like the Groove Web Player.

    There IS in fact a guide on YouTube if you know how to search for it (I just learned about that method).

    Basically it involves to use an MP3 tagger to add your desired image as an album cover picture to that MP3 file, then uploading that to your One Drive.

    When it shows up in the Groove Web Player you can then fetch the URL of that cover image in the Groove Web Player, and try to change your Profile on Xbox.com

    When you click on "Change Gamerpic" you right click on the first image on the list the website shows you and choose to inspect it. In Firefox or Google Chrome you then highlight the URL of that inspected picture, and replace it with the URL of the cover
    image from Groove Music Player.

    BUT BE WARNED! While that method works on the official Xbox Website due to a poor security check, it MIGHT be, that this will count as violating the Code of Conduct and/or Terms of Use. You technically don't use unallowed software to pull that off.

    You risk your account getting banned, and I suspect Xbox Staff will soon fix that loophole.

    If they're going to shorten the amount of characters used in gamertags they should at least let us use emojis?

    Emojis takes up 2 spaces of the lettering. But adding an emoji to a gamertag would not be an actual gamertag only words and numbers qualify.
