    Sorry for the rant but I've now wasted 2 hours trying to contact Microsoft.

    They've got my Elite controller for repair.

    Email yesterday to say service order cancelled.

    Another email sent to say new order created which I didn't do.

    That order doesn't appear in my account.

    So Microsoft has now got my controller. I have no idea what it's happening.

    And their support options are absolutely horrendous!

    How do you speak to a real person?????

    Says 2 min wait. Every time I submit my number it says it can't be processed try again later.

    How can a company like Microsoft have such poor systems?

    Same here.Been with xbox/xbox live since 2003 & you have never had to pay to transfer your gamertag from one console to another.

    Nothing wrong with a rant as long as it a well informed rant.
